House Policies
To ensure we are a good fit for you, please read our house policies. They have been put into place for a reason (health, safety, equipment and room protection). We appreciate you adhering to these policies.

CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (MST). If you need a later check-in, let us know.
No early check-ins as we need the appropriate amount of time to thoroughly clean.
NO PARTIES
The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight are two adults. No parties allowed. Paid guests may invite up to two adult visitors but they must leave no later than 10:00 pm.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. The Ramada with grill, fire pit and outdoor games will be closed from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am (MST).
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is ONLY allowed in the covered porch area of the tiny home. Please use an ash tray and don’t litter. NO smoking inside the tiny home or anywhere else on the property. There is a $250 fine if found smoking elsewhere, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
HOSTS
Hosts are onsite in the main house at the front part of the property (separate from the tiny home) but will give you your privacy unless you need assistance.
